White Chocolate Fudge:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Toppings:
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Fudge: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir in vanilla extract and half of the pecans. Pour half of the mixture into the pan.
- Add Layers: Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the fudge in the pan. Add the rest of the fudge mixture. Swirl in the remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the pecans.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Lift the fudge out, cut into squares, and enjoy!
