Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour filling over crust and bake for 60–70 minutes until just set. Cool in oven, then chill for at least 4 hours.
