- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)

- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 1 teaspoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1/2 cucumber (grated and excess water squeezed out)

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- Optional: crumbled feta cheese or kalamata olives for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the grated cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
- Add the cooked chicken and mix until evenly coated with the tzatziki dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on its own, in a lettuce wrap, pita, or over a bed of greens.
