1/2 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth;
Banana:
1/4 banana (optional, for natural sweetness);

Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Add the cooked sweet potato, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, water or chicken broth, and banana (if using) to a blender.
- Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
