Instructions

  1. Drain the Pickles: Drain the pickles, reserving 1 cup of the pickle juice.
  2. Prepare the Brine: In a saucepan, combine reserved pickle juice, sugar, vinegar, spices. Heat until sugar dissolves (3-5 mins).
  3. Combine: Place drained pickles in a jar. Pour warm brine over pickles.
  4. Chill: Let cool, seal, and refrigerate for 24 hours. Best after 2-3 days.
