Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Prepare the crust: Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and egg; mix until creamy.
