  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cabbage: Boil water, blanch cabbage leaves, and set aside.

  3. Assemble Rolls: Fill cabbage leaves and roll up tightly.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Whisk together tomato sauce, paste, sugar, Worcestershire, thyme, and water.
