- 1 box (10 ounces) vanilla wafer cookies or shortbread cookies, finely crushed
- 1 1/2 cups freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coating:
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- Extra crushed cookies and strawberries for coating
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies, crushed strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Shape Truffles: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Coat Truffles: Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Roll in additional crushed cookies and strawberries for coating or sprinkle on top.
