Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form 12 portions, flatten each, place a mozzarella ball inside, and seal.
- Cook the Meatballs: Bake for 20–22 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Cook the Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti until al dente, then toss with warmed marinara sauce.
- Assemble: Place meatballs on spaghetti, garnish with olives as eyes, and herbs.
