- 6 cups crumbled cornbread
White Bread:
- 4 cups day-old white bread, cubed
Vegetables:

- 1 cup finely chopped celery
Seasonings:

- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Binding:
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 to 4 cups chicken or turkey broth
Optional:
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, melt the butter and cook the onion and celery until soft.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine cornbread, white bread, cooked vegetables, seasonings, eggs, and broth. Add parsley if desired.
