Shrimp:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Prepare the grits base: In a saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil. Whisk in the grits and salt. Cook until thickened, then stir in cheese and butter.
