Asparagus:

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or light greasing.
  2. Prepare Salmon and Asparagus: Place salmon fillets skin-side down on one side of the sheet pan and asparagus on the other. Coat asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
