Slider Rolls:
- 12 slider rolls (such as Hawaiian rolls)
Roast Beef:
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
Cheese:
- 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese, halved
Mayonnaise Mixture:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Garnish (optional):
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the ingredients: Spread the mayo and Dijon mixture over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer with roast beef and cheese, then place the top half of the rolls on top.
- Make the butter sauce: Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5–7 more minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, try horseradish sauce instead of Dijon.
