- ½ cup chocolate frosting
- ½ cup gold sprinkles or gold sanding sugar
- ½ cup mini rainbow candies (such as mini M&Ms or rainbow sprinkles)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet mixture to form a dough.
- Shape and bake: Roll dough into balls, place on baking sheet, make an indentation in each ball, bake for 10–12 minutes until edges turn golden. Cool on a wire rack.
- Assemble cookies: Fill each cookie with chocolate frosting, top with gold sprinkles, place rainbow candies on top.
