- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cheese Blend:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté veggies and steak: In a skillet, sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms until soft. Add steak, season, and cook until browned. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare dough: Roll out pizza dough, spread steak and veggie mixture, top with cheeses, fold over, and seal edges. Slice into strips, twist gently, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
