Oat Topping:
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Serving:
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare fruit: In a large bowl, combine peaches, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and lemon juice. Toss to coat and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Make topping: In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter, stir until crumbly.
- Assemble: Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream.

- You can use frozen fruit, but thaw and drain before using to avoid excess liquid.
