- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Caramelize Onions: Heat butter and olive oil in a large pot. Add onions, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until golden and caramelized.
