  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
  • 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Finishing Touches:

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Cook Aromatics: In the same pot, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add Rice and Broth: Stir in rice, chicken broth, thyme, and oregano. Simmer.
