- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Fudge Layer:
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Prepare Base: Press most of oat mixture into pan.
- Make Fudge Layer: Melt condensed milk, chocolate, butter, salt. Add vanilla. Pour over base.
- Top with Oats: Sprinkle reserved oat mixture on fudge layer.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until set. Cool before slicing.
