Instructions
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook Syrup: In a saucepan, cook sugar, corn syrup, and water until 250°F.
- Beat Egg Whites: In a bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour syrup into egg whites while beating, add Jello powder, and beat until glossy.
- Add Nuts: Fold in nuts if desired, then drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
- Let Set: Allow divinity to firm up at room temperature for about 2 hours.
