Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for crust)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into mini muffin pan.
- Prepare cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Fold in sprinkles.
- Bake: Pour filling over crusts and bake for 18-20 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate.
