These Magic Everything Bagels are a delightful twist on the classic bagel recipe, made with just two main ingredients – self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. They are easy to whip up and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Dough:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole milk preferred)
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dough: In a medium bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Knead and shape: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 6 inches long, then shape into a bagel by pinching the ends together.
- Prepare bagels: Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake: Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden brown, then broil for 1–2 minutes for a crispier top if desired. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, make your own by combining 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- These bagels are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days or frozen for longer storage.
