Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
