  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 box (0.13 oz) Kool-Aid unsweetened drink mix (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon corn syrup (for a smoother texture)

Coating:

  • Nonstick spray or oil (for molds)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Molds: Lightly spray silicone candy molds or a small baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, bloom gelatin in cold water. Add Kool-Aid mix, sugar, and corn syrup. Heat on medium-low, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour and Chill: Pour mixture into molds or dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
