  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Make the Filling: Whisk egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
