- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 375°F.
- Sauté garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Cook spinach: Add spinach to the skillet, cook to remove excess moisture.
- Mix ingredients: Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, mozzarella, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to a baking dish, bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
