Marinated Beef:

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Stir-Fry:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2–3 dried red chilies or 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Prepare Sauce: Mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Stir-Fry: Sear marinated beef in a hot skillet, then set aside. Stir-fry bell peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, and chilies. Add beef back to the pan, pour in the sauce, and cook until heated through.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
