  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2–3 dried red chilies or 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Prepare Sauce: Mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Stir-Fry: Sear marinated beef in a hot skillet, then set aside. Stir-fry bell peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, and chilies. Add beef back to the pan, pour in the sauce, and cook until heated through.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
