Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the batter: Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, cream butter, honey, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk. Fold in peaches.
