  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Tomato Sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Additional:

  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1/2 cup fresh cheese (goat cheese, feta, or ricotta)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
