For the beef mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef (85/15)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For assembling the wraps:
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Nonstick cooking spray or a little oil for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7–8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- Season the beef: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until well combined and thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay out tortillas and divide the beef mixture evenly among them. Top each with shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Grill the wraps: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- You can swap cheddar for American cheese or add sautéed onions or bacon for extra flavor.
