Brownie Batter:

- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rosewater
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
- Optional dried rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate: In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat until smooth.
- Combine ingredients: Remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and rosewater until fully combined. Sift in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until incorporated.
- Add pistachios: Fold in half of the chopped pistachios. Pour batter into the pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle remaining pistachios over it.
- Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool and serve: Let cool completely before slicing. Garnish with rose petals if desired.
