Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, then spoon or pipe into the donut pan.
- Bake: Bake for 12–14 minutes until donuts spring back when pressed. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
