Strudel:
- 10 sheets phyllo dough (thawed)

- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugars, spices, lemon juice, raisins, and walnuts if using. Mix well and set aside.
