- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
For the Noodles:
- 8 oz ramen or rice noodles, cooked and drained
Other Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
- Cook the Steak: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak slices for 1–2 minutes per side until just cooked through; remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss well to coat. Return the steak to the skillet and stir until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For best results, slice steak thinly against the grain.
- You can substitute sirloin or ribeye if preferred.
- Ramen noodles or rice noodles both work well.
