Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking until fragrant. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the top, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice if desired. Serve warm.
