Lobster Tails:
- 4 lobster tails (6–8 ounces each)
Garlic Butter Mixture:

- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center. Gently loosen the meat from the shell and rest it on top of the shell for presentation.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush and Bake: Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 10–12 minutes, basting halfway through, until just cooked through.
- Serve: Serve immediately with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges.
