Brownie Bites:

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin.
- Melt butter and chocolate: Melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth. Stir in espresso powder.
- Prepare batter: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugars, and vanilla. Combine with chocolate mixture. Fold in dry ingredients.
- Bake: Spoon batter into muffin tin, top with extra chocolate chips if desired, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
