  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, cook the chicken with spices until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and red onion until tender.
