Grilled Cheese:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices of sourdough or white bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Soup: In a large pot, heat olive oil. Sauté onion until soft. Add garlic, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Add tomatoes, broth, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer, then blend until smooth. Stir in cream.
