Ingredients
Scale
Fudge Base
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
Toppings and Mix-ins
- 2 cups Easter M&M’s, divided
- 2 cups Easter Shimmery Whopper Eggs, divided
- 2 cups Easter sprinkles, divided
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring the edges hang over for easy removal later.
- Melt the chocolate mixture: In a medium pot over low to medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth, careful not to burn the chocolate.
- Add candies: Remove the pot from heat, then stir in 1 cup each of M&M’s, Whopper eggs, and sprinkles evenly throughout the fudge mixture.
- Pour and decorate: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Evenly spread the mixture and then top with the remaining M&M’s, Whopper eggs, and sprinkles. Gently press the toppings into the surface so they adhere well.
- Set the fudge: Leave the fudge on the counter overnight to harden completely. Do not refrigerate, as room temperature setting allows the fudge to firm properly.
- Cut and serve: Once the fudge has fully set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper edges. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.
Notes
- Be sure to stir constantly while melting the chocolate to prevent scorching.
- If you prefer quicker setting, refrigerate after pouring for at least 2 hours, but for best texture, set at room temperature overnight.
- Customize your fudge by swapping in other candies or nuts if desired.
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Cut fudge into small squares as it is very rich.
