Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for baking the chicken.

- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Apply Sauce: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast in the skillet.
- Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the sauce is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Rest and Garnish: Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired, then serve warm.
