Instructions

- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.

- Blend wet and dry: Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the cake pan, smooth the top, and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and frost: Let the cake cool, then spread Greek yogurt over the top. Drizzle warmed peanut butter over the yogurt for a decorative effect.
