Tortilla Cups:

  • 12 small flour or corn tortillas

Taco Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

  3. Cook taco filling: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
