Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers (plus 2 tablespoons of juice)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker: Arrange the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the chicken: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Add butter and peppers: Place the butter on top of the chicken and distribute the pepperoncini peppers around and on top of the chicken.
  4. Drizzle with pepper juice: Pour the pepperoncini juice over everything in the slow cooker.
