Instructions

  3. Shape the loaf: Form the dough into a round loaf shape. This helps ensure even cooking in the crockpot.
  4. Prepare crockpot: Line the bottom of a 6-quart crockpot with parchment paper to prevent sticking and to make removal easier. Place the shaped dough inside.
  5. Cook the bread: Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the bread is cooked through and an internal temperature of 190°F is reached. The top will remain pale.
