- ½ cup dry white wine (optional, or use additional broth)
Other:
- 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, wine, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
- Cook Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the crockpot, pour sauce over the top. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Finish Dish: Shred or slice chicken, stir to coat with sauce. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta, garnish with parsley if desired.
