Linguine Pasta:
- 12 ounces linguine pasta
Lobster Tails:
- 2 lobster tails (about 10 ounces total)
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil linguine until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Cook the Lobster: Boil lobster tails, remove meat, and cut into pieces.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, shallot, spices, add wine, cream, and cheese. Thicken the sauce.
- Combine: Add lobster and pasta to sauce. Adjust consistency with pasta water.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish with parsley.
