Lobster Tails:

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil linguine until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Cook the Lobster: Boil lobster tails, remove meat, and cut into pieces.
  3. Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, shallot, spices, add wine, cream, and cheese. Thicken the sauce.
  4. Combine: Add lobster and pasta to sauce. Adjust consistency with pasta water.
  5. Season and Serve: Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish with parsley.
