Main Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Blender. Place the frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, whole milk, honey, and lemon juice into a high-speed blender. Ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed for a smooth blend.
- Blend Until Smooth. Blend the mixture for about 1 minute or until it reaches a creamy consistency without lumps, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure even mixing.
- Serve with Cardamom. Pour the mango lassi into serving glasses and sprinkle a pinch of cardamom on top if desired. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
- Use frozen mango for a chilled and thick lassi without adding ice.
- Adjust honey quantity according to your preferred sweetness.
- Substitute whole milk with almond or coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- Cardamom is optional but adds a traditional aromatic flavor.
- For a thinner consistency, add a little more milk before blending.
