Cream Cheese:
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, cubed
Heavy Cream:
- 1 cup heavy cream
Baby Spinach:
- 2 cups baby spinach
Seasonings:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Parmesan Cheese:
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook Italian Sausage: In a skillet, cook Italian sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
- Combine Ingredients: In a crockpot, add sausage, marinara sauce, cream cheese, heavy cream, seasonings. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Add tortellini and spinach in the last 30 minutes.
