Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix orange juice, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined.
  5. Add mix-ins: Fold in cranberries and nuts (if using).
  6. Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan, bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
